Case Studies
Leadership Development: A senior group of about 100 leaders identified their developmental needs after conducting an anonymous survey with their teams. Based on this, we crafted a transformational programme in which leaders across the business would meet for two hours every second week to learn, share and grow. The discussions addressed a range of essential topics from understanding your ‘leadership personality’, connecting with each of your team members, establishing a sense of purpose, creating thinking environments and many more. Over 90% of the leads that participated said that the programme had significantly contributed towards their development as a better leader.

Cultural Transformation: A multinational business wanted to inculcate a culture of increased belonging and accountability. Based on this, a highly engaging campaign was launched across regions and included ‘flash mobs’, dancing, executive visibility and – most importantly – meaningful conversations. The initiative captured the hearts and minds of thousands of leaders and team members alike, who opened up to what was working and how they could help each other to improve. This platform helped to re-establish trust as they dealt with difficult issues and cultivate a positive attitude of what’s possible, together.
