Case Study – Stangen

Client Brief – When Stangen consolidated their call center, they required a special staff intervention that would introduce the teams while consolidating the business objectives to the call center staff.

Traction delivered a special Friday lunch party with food stations, photo ops, guest speakers and entertainment. There was a focus on responsible fun and emphasis on introducing the brand to new staff members and cementing this brand identity with the existing team.

The new consolidated team arrived to work the following Monday to a fully re-branded office with personalized gifts and mementos from the party on each team-members new workspace.
